Based in the agency’s Chicago office, Lachemi will report directly to Darren Wight, Executive Vice President of Client Success.
With over seven years of experience in marketing, events and stakeholder engagement, Lachemi brings a dynamic blend of creative strategy and operational expertise to his new role. His background spans corporate, academic and nonprofit sectors, where he has consistently delivered cross-channel campaigns, built impactful partnerships and launched high-profile initiatives.
Prior to joining DeanHouston, Lachemi served as Marketing and Project Coordinator at Sivananthan Laboratories, leading digital marketing efforts, managing major product launches, and supporting C-suite communications for global industry events. He also held leadership roles at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), where he spearheaded community outreach and event programs that attracted thousands of participants and strengthened institutional partnerships.
As Account Manager, Lachemi will:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and DeanHouston’s creative and strategy teams

Oversee timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client objectives

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and timeliness

Support campaign planning, content development, and performance analysis

Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive communication and insight
