Karolina brings a strong foundation in accounting along with hands-on experience in billing operations and high-volume financial environments. A recent accounting graduate from Northeastern Illinois University, she has spent the past several years managing invoicing, coordinating transactions and keeping complex financial processes running smoothly, all while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Before joining DeanHouston, Karolina spent more than five years at Coast Connection, where she managed invoicing and coordinated freight logistics from booking through delivery.
At DeanHouston, Karolina will play an important role in supporting financial operations by helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs as cleanly and efficiently as the work DeanHouston delivers to clients.
Her responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing accurate, timely client invoices across a range of billing structures
- Supporting accounts receivable processes, including payment tracking and reconciliation
- Assisting with accounts payable by processing and coding vendor invoices
- Reconciling financial transactions and helping maintain clean, audit-ready records
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and keep projects moving forward
Outside of work, Karolina enjoys staying active through hiking and hitting the gym, and she’s a fan of country music.
