DeanHouston, a business-first marketing firm that excels at creating meaningful communication strategies for technical products and services companies, today announced that Jake Hessling has joined the team as a new Project Coordinator.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Marketing and brings a strong foundation in project coordination, client communication and emerging technologies to the DeanHouston team.
In his role, Jake will support project execution across the company by:
- Maintaining project information in Workamajig and Asana
- Tracking timelines and budgets
- Coordinating team communications
- Organizing project documentation
- Ensuring deliverables move efficiently through established workflows
He will also provide administrative and operational support to Client Success Managers while helping teams stay aligned on deadlines, approvals and project progress.
Prior to joining DeanHouston, he supported AI and machine learning initiatives, helping manage client projects from planning through execution. His experience includes coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, aligning project outcomes with business objectives, and serving as a liaison between clients and technical teams. He also brings a strong background in research, fact-checking and content development for emerging AI technologies.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys staying active through recreational sports, hiking with his dog and training for triathlons. A former collegiate athlete, he is also an avid supporter of the Charleston Battery, Portland Hearts of Pine and SSC Napoli.
